Our client, a talent brand management agency specialising in the music, is seeking a proactive Team Assistant with previous experience providing support to a pressurised team and the MD.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the Managing Director’s schedule.

• Assisting with the Managing Director’s personal and ad hoc administration.

• Coordinating and implementing project logistics that include events, travel, dressing, gifting, talent social media obligations etc.

• Creating all marketing materials and assets such as talent decks and portfolios, projects and statistic research etc.

• Ensuring invoice information is gathered for issue.

• Maintaining well organised databases for the company.

• Monitoring industry news and event coverage.

• Creating write ups and sharing coverage with the team.

• Handling office management, ensuring supplies are well stocked.

• Attending events and chaperoning talent to events beyond office hours.


• Experience working in a fast-paced environment organising and coordinating schedules and logistics, ideally within the entertainment industries.

• Strong administration skills and attention to detail.

• Accounting capabilities and confidently numerate.

• Good time management skills and organisational skills.

• Articulate communication and written skills.

• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Expert media awareness, and interest in culture, celebrity talent, and trends.

• Sociable and willing to work beyond office hours for events.

• Apple OS experience and confident creating presentations.

• Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and G Suite software knowledge desirable.
