Our Client, a global entertainment company is seeking a Talent Frameworks Consultant for a FTC contract. The purpose of the role is to implement a review of roles across the business to optimise value.
Pre-project phase (lasting three months) will aim to deliver the following:
- Levelling of job catalogue concepts such as Job Profiles and Compensation Grades
- Organisational data structures such as Job Families
- Ensuring Workday has been set up appropriately to meet the needs of any relevant initiatives on the roadmap
- Ensuring training and governance has been deployed to maintain the long-term integrity of the previous listed items
- Creating and obtaining approval for the Business Case.
- Collaborating on plans for document creation, engagement approach and delivery.
- Owning the process of delivery of any requirements workshops, gaps analysis, document drafting, coordinating sign offs etc.
- Working with the Project Manager to create the Project Charter.
- Owning and driving the implementation of plans following its approval as a business case and project charter for the remaining six months of the project.
- Implementation phase will include: As-Is Analysis, Business Engagement Workshops, To-Be Proposal Creation, UAT, and Review Governance Process.
This role requires a highly experienced Consultant with a solid understanding of Workday HCM as well as Career Frameworks concepts and must possess/be able to demonstrate:
- Senior Stakeholder management
- Workshop facilitation skills
- Working with 3rd party vendors to drive through delivery of work
- Clear and articulate project documentation writing
- Data and Process analysis
- Participation in other project lifecycle activities including requirements capture and UAT
- Involvement in BAU data governance setup or maintenance
- Participation in preparation and/or delivery of change management activities
- Experience working within a creative industry
- International people experience/knowledge
- Experience in talent management / organisational design is a plus
- Experience gaining alignment across multiple business units
