Job Details

Our client, a global music company, is seeking temporary cover for a Support Analyst for the monitoring of data creation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Actively monitoring rights data capture for upcoming projects for repertoire and rights systems.

• Communicating and tracking gaps in rights data prioritised against release dates.

• Monitoring the rights support email account for issues and requests.

• Tracking systematic notifications to the business support teams, and inform users of resulting issues.

• Transferring contracts between companies as requested.

• Coordinating repertoire ownership and data amendments with relevant teams.

• Providing cross functional support as required.

• Pre-empting catalogue management/migration and bulk updates within the supply chain.

• Creating and monitoring compliance reporting.

• Handling issues as they arise and managing their resolution, liaising with technical support teams as needed.

• Supporting the set up of new users, and ensuring best practice is understood more broadly.


• Previous experience using web-based applications.

• Ability to acquire skill sets with new systems, processes and tasks rapidly.

• Customer focused, proactive and flexible approach.

• Ability to coordinate workloads to long term objectives.

• Robust project coordination and time management skills.

• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.

• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

• Track record of project coordination and assisting with deliverables.

• Motivated and proactive approach.

• Experience using Microsoft Office programs.
