Our client, a global entertainment company is seeking a Senior Creative Content Manager to co-author catalogue artists’ campaigns within their creative division.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the ideation and production of artists’ cultural campaigns.
  • Overseeing and approving creative content and assisting the realisation of artists’ campaign ideas.
  • Ensuring campaigns remain aligned and on brand to artists’ agreed strategy and collaborating extensively with the Audience department to reach new audiences.
  • Working closely with marketing, A&R and Frontline labels.
  • Orchestrating multi-format visualisation for campaigns and liaising with multiple departments to commission production, negotiating fees where appropriate.
  • Where appropriate, commissioning external agencies with briefs.
  • Editing a range of film and visuals to support campaign concepts.
  • Devising campaign treatments and artist positioning.
  • Delivering post-campaign brand reports and ensuring the creative team are informed and inspired with salient cultural events.
  • Participating in processes that generate original and PR worthy campaign highlights.
  • Represent the team and their ideas to internal and external stakeholders.


  • Ideally experience within the creative agency world and a proven track record of creating PR worthy and innovative campaigns
  • First-hand experience with diverse content creation.
  • Expertise in Photoshop, Final Cut Pro (or equivalent), InDesign, Flash and AfterEffects essential.
  • Advanced motion graphics (3D experience a bonus) video production and editing skills.
  • Exceptional copywriting and design skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract and grow audience using compelling content.
  • Able to integrate new creative technologies and analyse new trends and data.
  • Diverse network of diverse and filled with creative talent across production houses, agencies and brands.
  • Comfortable with adhering to deadlines, budgets and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for and knowledge of all genres of music and ideally experience working catalogue campaigns.
