Job Details

Our client, a global music publishing company, is seeking a Sales Director who can lead the sales department.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying key trends within the music industry and communicating them to relevant teams.
  • Identifying and building relationships with prospective clients and understanding their business requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Product Manager to regarding product roadmaps and how they relate to commercial propositions.
  • Managing the full sales process lifecycle, from understanding requirements through to closing deals.
  • Conveying product feature requests from clients to product management team.
  • Generating revenue with active promotion of existing company assets.
  • Consistently attaining quarterly and annual targets.
  • Setting up the sales department with a view for global scaling.
  • Building and managing all stages of the sales pipeline.
  • Monitoring market data, competitive products, and prospect feedback in order to contribute to go-to-market strategy.
  • Forecasting sales, client launches and revenue consistently.
  • Expanding and maintaining expertise on competitive products and services.


  • Extensive business acumen.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Substantial experience at senior level sales.
  • Proven track record selling digital product B2B.
  • In depth music industry and streaming knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the international market is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.  
  • Excellent communication skills.
