Our client, a global media and retail company, is seeking 6-months temporary cover for a Research Manager, Global Brand Tracking to use their marketing research acumen for the role.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the global brand tracking lead.
• Serving as a dedicated recourse to elevate brand tracking programs for global teams.
• Working to focus on scaling up tracking programs for expansion in different locales.
• Reviewing current tracking status and requirements for countries targeted for expansion.
• Managing the adjustments needed and program scaling with a third-party tracking agency.
• Working on the development of a dashboard solution.
• Supporting and helping to develop the intake process and framework for brand tracking changes and requests.
• Working with the brand tracking Lead to identify insight and deep searches into trends within tracking data to build local and global insights.
Requirements:
• Substantial marketing research experience.
• Experience using and analysing large volumes of data and metrics.
• Experience using research tools to measure impact and determine improvements.
• Excellent organisational skills and project/program management experience.
• Experience allocating resources and partnering with various teams.
• Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership.
• Direct experience running tracking studies across multiple countries with 3P vendors.
• Experience writing surveys, creating sampling plans, weighting plans, and managing fieldwork processes with third party vendors.
• Functional proficiency using SQL and Tableau, Qualtrics, SPSS, Q, etc. is desirable.
