
Our client, a leading UK live entertainment promoter, is seeking a Promoter Assistant to support the delivery of concerts, tours and events across music, comedy and Spoken Word. This is a 12-14 month maternity cover contract.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Assisting promoters with the end-to-end delivery of shows, tours and festivals
· Managing promoter inboxes, calendars, diaries and travel arrangements.
· Researching venues, collecting avails, routing tours and pencilling dates.
· Drafting budgets, offers, projections and settlements.
· Coordinating marketing materials, advertising campaigns and artwork.
· Monitoring ticket sales and adapting promotional strategies where required.
· Liaising with venues, artist representatives and internal teams to confirm shows.
· Supporting immigration and work permit processes for international artists.
· Working with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and payment tracking.
· Collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth logistical delivery.
· Updating internal databases and shared folders with accurate show information.
· Representing the promoter professionally at shows, events and industry meetings.
Requirements:
· Experience working within live music or live events is essential.
· Working knowledge of putting on events and concerts.
· Strong understanding of the UK music and comedy landscape.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
· Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
· Organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong relationship-building skills with artists, agents, venues and internal teams.
