Job Details

Our client, a global media company, is seeking a Project Specialist for a 6-month contract. The project requires experience with front-end web development and web content creation for an international initiative.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with marketing teams to ensure conversion optimisation for the roll out of a new programme.
  • Updating copy and creative across English language sites (outside of the US) for the global initiative.
  • Testing flows and experiences across the product’s surfaces.
  • Supporting the delivery on an MVP to optimise conversion across all product surfaces.
  • Performing upsell and downsell flow-testing and acquisition flows for various customer types.
  • Reporting in details any issues or bugs, working closely with other development teams to ensure swift resolution.
  • Collaborating with product marketing, tech, merchandising and design teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Supporting the delivery of prospective testing for the product’s key touchpoints, including iOS, Android app, mobile, and desktop web.
  • Identifying conversion optimisation opportunities using analytics tools.
  • Producing both qualitative and quantitative research using tools such as Qualtrics to gain insight on user segments.
  • Working cross-functionally with media, channel marketing, product, design, and technology departments to optimise conversion and messaging consistency.


  • True passion for culture and technology.
  • Practical understanding of web technologies that include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP etc.
  • Experience running A/B conversion optimisation tests.
  • Good understanding of general user experience best practices.
  • Robust understanding of online advertising.
  • Experience working in small project teams and meeting strict project deadlines.
  • Flexible approach to working with teams across multiple time zones.
  • Relevant experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Solid understanding of success metrics.
  • Good attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Confident working in a high energy and fast-moving work environment.
  • A background in digital content and/or membership-based business is desirable.
