Our client are a leading music members organisation and they are looking to recruit a Project / Office Manager / PA for their central London based offices. This is a new role which will offer a solid support to the whole team of around 12 staff and will facilitate smooth and cohesive work practices.


The purpose of this role is to run an effective and efficient office, coordinate regular multi-stakeholder meetings, support company initiatives and projects and be a rock to the team.

 Person Specification:

  • Efficient and experienced in the role and responsibilities of project and office management and executive support including; multiple meeting coordination, minute taking, paper organization and personnel support.
  • Highly organised, flexible and pro-active; able to multi-task and demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Articulate and able to liaise at all levels – within the team, with Board Directors and external contacts ranging from service providers to politicians and heads of business.
  • Calm under pressure, approachable and pragmatic, able to motivate and be a central point of stability and support for the team.
  •  Experience in the music industry, ideally music publishing and familiarities with inter-industry relations.
  •  Interested,imaginative and able to use initiative to spot opportunities and trouble-shoot to deliver projects often requiring coordination with external contributors and industry partners.
  • Computer proficient (all MS Office programmes particularly).
  •   Presentable and friendly.
