Our client, a global entertainment company is seeking a Project Manager to act as a lynchpin and help pioneer and mobilise programmes and frameworks to reimagine the workplace and roll it out globally. This is a contract role.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning programme delivery spanning cultural change and innovative ways of working, technology, digitisation as well as equity, diversity and inclusion. Other areas will include environmental commitments, cost, real estate, employee experience, branding and design.
  • Engaging with global stakeholders and partners with divisional programme sponsors to align needs, solve issues, mitigate risks, build engagement, and deliver outcomes.
  • Managing third party vendor relationships, holding partners to account for their deliverables and tracking their execution.
  • Scoping and defining key project achievements to inform resource and third-party supplier programming.
  • Establishing and running programme governance and reporting.
  • Flagging issues and risks in a timely manner.
  • Delivering within budget constraints while facilitating high quality work.
  • Collaborating with programme sponsors and business leadership to quantify, track and report on business benefits to ensure return on investment.
  • Foster a collaborative and inspiring project delivery environment.
  • Navigating change management challenges in partnership with programme sponsors.


  • Outstanding project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex workstreams.
  • Passionate about music.
  • Experience within the creative industry essential
  • Able to manage multiple complex workstreams and create order out of chaos.
  • Experience rolling out global programmes, managing the entire project lifecycle.
  • Agile thinkers with a high tolerance of ambiguity in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that can be used with stakeholders from a diverse range of cultures and backgrounds.
  • Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Natural leadership skills.
  • Exemplary facilitators of programme deliverables.
  • Innovative thinker but with a pragmatic approach.
  • Happy to work both independently and as part of a team.
