Our client, a global music company, is seeking a highly competent Project Change & Communication Manager for a 9-month FTC.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving project goals with successful collaboration with senior management.

• Managing relationships with external partners.

• Liaising with stakeholders to promote change and onboard new ways of working.

• Supporting the absence of risk of delivering new ways of working using basic project and change management skills.

• Communicating the business value delivered by workstreams across the organisation at all levels.

• Reaching key audiences with the application of PR and communication expertise.

• Ensuring that the delivery of tools meet the business’ needs.

• Designing processes that inspire.

• Proactively generating ideas and approaches to enable strong engagement from colleagues.

• Proposing deliverable solutions, processes, or tools, in support of new opportunities.

• Maintaining a clear focus on meeting the programme milestones.

• Serving as the main link between different project teams and groups.

• Leading the team to embed processes using informal and formal KPIs.


• Experience successfully managing communication related to significant change management programmes.

• Understanding of digital and social media.

• Experience working within PR, events, and media relations.

• Capable of working in a team and independently.

• Excellent writing and story telling ability.

• Possess design and content creation skills.

• Good understanding of confidentiality.

• Experience working on events, media, and content launches.

• Able to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities.

• Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects.

• Proven track record working in change management, project management, business process design and documentation, requirements gathering and prioritisation.

• Confident working with people at all levels of the organisation to embed change.

• Strong relationship building, advice giving, engaging, and influencing skills to effectively negotiate with relevant stakeholders.

• Ability to guide decision-making and seek cooperation.

• Proficiency with Microsoft office, an online whiteboard solution, Photoshop, and Adobe skills.

• Experience working with a media company and knowledge of creative processes.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment is desirable.
