Our client, a global entertainment company is seeking a Product Manager to provide outstanding strategy and coordination for marketing campaigns for high-profile brands working across playlisting, streaming and compilations.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Devising innovative marketing strategies.
  • Coordinating all aspects of Creative and Marketing campaigns.
  • Providing fill multi-media marketing for high-profile brands and projects.
  • Devising single promotion and marketing strategies for artists signed through digital sister-company.
  • Generating and presenting promotional ideas for each project.
  • Coordinating press, promotion and digital activity around project releases.
  • Initiating photography and presentation designs for products, working closely with Creative on photo and video shoots.
  • Liaising with brand and management on approving visuals on a creative and practical level.
  • Instigating, obtaining approval and delivering special packaging formats.
  • Ensuring optimal retail exposure through close collaboration with Sales department.
  • Briefing creative agencies to develop original and engaging campaigns for TV, radio and print.
  • Collaborating with media buying agency to implement cost effective and well-targeted media campaigns.
  • Developing a long-term vision for the roster of projects.
  • Managing campaigns within agreed budgets and submitting costed marketing plans for approval.
  • Communicating all information regarding strategy, release plans, and updates to all relevant departments.
  • Maintaining good communication with GM, MD, other Product Managers and Assistants to pre-empt issues and use internal resources to maximise campaign results.
  • Working closely with Digital teams to gain exposure across all digital platforms.
  • Building and monitoring accurate project databases.

Requirements

  • Artist marketing campaign experience within a label or distributor essential
  • Capable of generating creative ideas and solutions, with an analytical and detail orientated mindset.
  • Interested in digital and passionate about the arts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and a presentation application.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Commercially focussed and highly motivated.
  • Flexible approach and capable of prioritising workload.
  • Previous experience of working high profile projects, both domestically and internationally.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
