Our client, a global media company is seeking 9-months temporary cover for a Producer to manage marketing campaign delivery for sports, TV, and film releases.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Managing the operational aspects of campaigns to include allocation of resources, timelines, and workflow.

· Obtaining approvals, project requirements, and ensuring development and delivery of assets in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams.

· Taking responsibility for the arrangement of processes that enable high-quality and timely delivery.

· Managing day-to-day problems, troubleshooting, and escalations regarding production issues.

· Communicating to relevant stakeholders’ updates on progress.

· Providing operational solutions for bottlenecks and challenges to delivery,

Requirements:

· Previous project management experience and creative production at a media network, studio production company, or advertising agency.

· Good understanding of the basics of asset management and ad trafficking.

· Fluent understanding of video, digital, and static formats.

· Workflow knowledge of marketing, production company, or digital creative department.

· Experience using project management software to manage the life cycle of a task.

· Understanding of digital file and folder management systems, such as DAM.

· Experience managing industry body approvals such as Clearcast.

· Experience working with geographically dispersed teams, ideally with global cross-functional teams.

· Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.

· Confident working independently and in ambiguity.

· High-level attention to detail and able to manage workload effectively.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· AV Post-Production experience is preferred.

· Additional languages such as German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Turkish, French, Arabic is desirable.
