Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting delivery of existing partnerships, activations & campaigns.
  • Working with the department head to explore and develop new business     opportunities.
  • Creating the strategic response to client briefs with innovative ideas.
  • Negotiating financials and deliverables at contracting stage.
  • Co-ordinating with wider team for delivery of brand activations.
  • Working closely with parent company teams to co-ordinate content production,     events and activations.
  • Prospecting for new brand & agency partners, proactively taking opportunities out to market.
  • Developing relationships with key agencies and brands and build/own a sales pipeline     alongside the rest of the team.
  • Pitching & presenting to qualified leads and existing clients.


  • Strategic and commercial awareness and experience of both the music industry and brand partnerships.
  • Passion for music and brand storytelling.
  • Knowledge of digital & social media space, with an awareness of the role of     music, experiential & entertainment plays in this area.
  • Solid and proven background in successful account management in terms of     scoping, briefing, strategising, negotiating and delivering.
  • Excellent all-round account management skills including leading client facing     meetings.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships across a variety of internal & external stakeholders.
  • Confident to network at industry events and entertain clients.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced presentation skills and excellent IT skills including advanced PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and ability to prioritize, work to tight deadlines and show initiative
