Our client, a global media company is seeking a Partner Labels Manager to handle key relationships with the network of Partner Labels.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with partners at labels and management to bring catalogue plans to fruition, complying with both short term campaigns and longer term business strategies.
  • Managing project P&L within agreed set budgets.
  • Collecting costed marketing plans for submission and approval.
  • Overseeing acts assigned to you form the key artist roster, representing them in addition to Partner label responsibilities.
  • Managing releases, artists and label campaigns.
  • Overseeing all aspects of campaigns from communication, services and completion of product within the project timeline.
  • Running “insight” analytics reports to guide partners on best opportunities for campaign.
  • Administering market requests for tools and assets.
  • Managing all aspects of product development and marketing from concept to completion on assigned projects.
  • Representing international requirements and strategy in Partner Label and Repertoire owner meetings/conference calls.
  • Creating central digital marketing campaigns and spends across nominated digital platforms and socials.
  • Devising marketing and release strategies alongside company territories.
  • Identifying under-exploited commercial opportunities across each Partner and roster, helping build plans across all formats.
  • Ensuring creative output of content and repertoire in the form of new products.



  • Essential criteria -
  • Genuine interest in music.
  • Experience in developing A-list artist plans and strategies.
  • Commercial focus
  • Highly organised, motivated and capable of juggling responsibilities.
  • Very strong communication skills.
  • Good understanding of data analytics and insights.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
  • Understanding of new music platforms, music and market trends.
  • Prepared to travel internationally as required.
  • Desirable criteria –
  • Knowledge of international marketplace and its development.
  • Good understanding of social channels, media opportunities and advertising formats
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of consumer insights and segmentation practices.
  • Music industry marketing experience.
