Our client, a well-known artist management company, is seeking a PA & Office Administrator to support their west-London office.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, handling enquiries, correspondence, and phone calls.
  • Diary management across multiple time zones and coordinating travel requirements.
  • Performing PA duties that include research, project work and some expenses management.
  • Ensuring accurate records, procedures and policies are maintained.
  • Undertaking some human resource management, such as scheduling performance reviews, managing annual leave, assisting with recruitment when required.
  • Managing contracts and relationships with company suppliers.
  • Assisting colleagues with projects to meet deadlines as needed.
  • Assisting with some accounting activities including petty cash, travel expenses, invoice generation and budget preparation.
  • Ensuring supplies for the office are adequate.
  • Maintaining office facilities and filing to include liaison with IT and landlord.
  • Managing keyholders for the office building.
  • Maintaining databases of contacts, general schedule and meeting screen.
  • Handling postage requirements.
  • Disseminating relevant information for meetings.


  • Strong organisational and administration skills.
  • Previous experience working as a PA/Office Manager, ideally within a small office and the entertainment industry, essential
  • Able to juggle changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • IT skills that include G-Suite and Apple.
  • Interest in music industry.
