Our client, a leading music management company is seeking a PA/ A&R Administrator to work exclusively for the company’s senior management. This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident, capable individual with some administrative experience, working in a label or music management company and a can-do attitude to join this fantastic company.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Serving as a coordinator and liaison between music managers and external contacts to include senior management, artists, labels, and publishers.

• Scheduling sessions for clients to include writing, recording, mixing and mastering.

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, staff, and external parties for information on studio bookings.

• Managing all changes made to various schedules with parties concerned.

• Issuing briefs and song pitches to external partners.

• Taking on PA duties that include diary management and coordination for the Managing Directors.

• Coordinating travel logistics for the Managing Directors, to include flights, hotels. Visas, cars etc.

• Scheduling meetings and restaurant bookings etc.


• Proven experience booking flights, travel, restaurants and coordinating multiple diaries essential.

• Proven passion for music.

• Previous experience as a General Assistant within music, either label or management, essential.

  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

• Able to organise work effectively and focus of details.

• Proactive and strong work ethic.

• Exceptional communication skills.
