Our client, a fast-growing music company is seeking a proactive Music Supervisor / Account Manager to generate new business across their diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking activities that directly impact UK domestic turnover such as identifying opportunities for sync across film, promos, trailers, online, and TV.
- Maintaining and growing existing client relationships across Broadcasters, Production Companies and TV.
- Representing the company at high-level industry events.
- Organising and overseeing key client social events.
- Creating a clear workflow with other sales/sync colleagues to ensure smooth dealings with clients.
- Overseeing “Bespoke” TV projects and composer supervision when required.
- Recommending and introducing the company to new composers.
- Conducting fees and rates negotiations.
- Updating the client database (CRM).
- Contributing to social media, merchandise and other marketing activities as requested.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience within music or advertising industries in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful music pitching and licence negotiation.
- Current and up to date contacts within Broadcasting is essential.
- Possess expert music knowledge and thorough understanding of music rights.
- Commercial mindset.
- Able to prioritise workload effectively using strong organisational skills.
- High-level communication and presentation skills.
- Possess genuine enthusiasm for a wide range of music, media, advertising/branded content, and excellent customer service.
- Able to maintain client relationships using expert customer service skills.
