Our client, a global media company specialising in long-form audio, is seeking a Merchandise Manager to bring their content engagement expertise to the company’s unique digital platform.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and developing the company’s slate of revenue and content engagement.
- Enhancing the programs’ focus on scale, automation, and measurable incremental impact.
- Forming program planning to increase user engagement.
- Addressing segment-specific requirements with exploration of existing and new audiences.
- Devising original revenue and engagement driving programs and developing existing strategies.
- Ensuring each program is delivered to the right customer at the right time during their membership experience.
- Taking responsibility for analysis and reporting of programs’ impact.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on audience engagement within marketing.
- Experience working in subscription-based businesses.
- Competencies measuring program impacts on KPIs.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital media and audience engagement best practices.
- Good communication and IT skills.
