Our client, a hugely successful children’s programming company, is seeking an adaptable Label Coordinator to support with Label projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Aiding with all label and label services projects.
• Programming releases, creating music metadata and managing digital assets.
• Compiling reports and presentations based on streaming data.
• Supporting asset creation for DSPs in collaboration with the in-house designer.
• Managing artist DSP profiles.
• Updating and maintaining the labels catalogue and database.
• Liaising with stakeholders and artists.
• Offering creative input in the planning of releases and optimising content for DSPs.
Requirements:
• Entry-level music industry experience with a music label or music distribution company.
• Experience creating music metadata/label copy.
• Solid understanding of how music platforms work.
• Genuine interest in the music industry.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working independently to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to learn quickly new processes.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and G Suite.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
