Our client, a global entertainment company is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Business Partner to be responsible for all aspects of L&D in the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving development activities to meaningful outcomes on both an organisational and individual level using a consultative approach.
  • Ensuring implementation of strategy, delivery, outcomes and best practice and responsible budget management.
  • Managing the L&D Business Partner function and any other members of the L&D team that have been designated for supervision.
  • Ensuring all work is completed effectively and others in team are delivering as required, using initiative.
  • Creating and project-managing individual and group development plans in collaboration with L&D team, HR,and key business stakeholders.
  • Facilitating and presenting workshops and training programmes as well as coaching employees throughout all levels of the organisation.
  • Developing credible and relevant content for the above initiatives.


  • L&D/HR professional with proven experience in designing and implementing learning solutions.
  • Demonstrable ability to design and deliver development sessions at both a group and one on one level.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • Graduate level -HR/psychology degree preferred.
  • Chartered CIPD qualified.
  • Experience of working in a complex, matrix organisation.
  • ‘Completer-finisher’ mentality: taking personal accountability for delivery..
  • Constantly analyses ways of working and challenges selfand others to improve.
  • Reviews trends and makes recommendations.
  • Experience using psychometric and other tools is preferable.
  • Experience working in a Media or Music Organisation is also desirable.
