Our client is a leading International online retail business and they are looking to bring on an experienced and highly organised Junior Project Manager / Assistant to support the UK/EMEA Recruitment teams with all matters related to their various recruitment platforms.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Taking responsibility for the overall success of varied projects under remit.
• Handling project initiation and planning.
• Overseeing the development, testing, implementation, and closeout of projects.
• Developing project scope and defining project guidelines.
• Obtaining business and IT sponsor approvals.
• Coordinating resources necessary to complete projects successfully.
• Communicating major milestones and potential project risks.
• Providing continuous direction to the project team and conduct status and review meetings.
• Prioritising procedures for changing scope and project acceptance procedures.
• Obtaining project feedback across schedule/cost/objectives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and PMP certification desirable.
• Expertise using PM tools and techniques.
• Previous experience within a corporate setting planning projects.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
