Our client,  a successful independent music company, is seeking a Junior Campaign Manager to contribute to innovative domestic and global campaigns.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Taking responsibility for smaller scale campaigns.

• Supporting the Campaigns Manager with day-to-day running of the roster.

• Briefing in creative assets using various software.

• Creating engaging content.

• Researching marketing agencies to discuss supporting marketing strategies to a broader audience.

• Supporting with regular communication with multiple agencies, media, in-house creative, digital, and product teams.

• Taking responsibility for the collation and analysis of campaign reports.

• Conducting regular market and competitor analysis.


• Previous experience working in a similar role within label marketing.

• Capable of working with data from variety of sources and campaigns.

• Able to interpret data to inform decisions.

• Good understanding of marketing and consumer behaviour.

• Capable of running campaigns independently if required.

• Highly organised.

• Creative and passionate about contemporary UK music.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• IT proficiency, to include Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent relationship-building skills, able to manage relationships with diplomacy.

• Strong communicator.
