Our client, a global tech company, is seeking maternity cover for an Internal Communications Temp in support of strategic communication program development, execution, and measurement.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Crafting appropriate messages for varied internal audiences, managing the review, approvals, and distribution processes.
- Developing communication plans, messaging frameworks and timelines for implementation.
- Developing narratives and internal content such as speechwriting, speaker prep, and communications for senior executives.
- Contributing to the development of innovative ideas and tools.
- Working with management to understand upcoming change impacts and how they can be communicated to minimise uncertainty.
- Collaborating with internal teams across multiple territories.
- Monitoring messaging impact with effective tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- BA Degree in English/Marketing/Communications or related field.
- Substantial experience of executive or internal communications.
- Communications experience within a high-growth tech company desirable.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Content creation experience covering digital, written, video, and visual communications materials.
- Strategic approach, able to implement ideas end-to-end.
- Proven track record of building trust and influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Demonstrable experience using strategies and tactics to meet deadlines under time pressure.
- Proactive, dedicated, and problem-solving approach to handling fast-paced work environment.
- Strong financial, business, reasoning and deductive skills.
