Our client, a leading music company specialising in Artists’ international touring, is seeking a Head of Tour Marketing to lead marketing campaigns across European tours. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketeer with exposure to live industry work. The role offers Monday and Friday WFH.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Overseeing all aspects of tour campaigns’ tour strategy to include reporting, execution, strategy, and creative development.
· Collaborating with Artists, Promoters, Agents, and Managers to craft expert campaigns.
· Working across partnership cannels, social media, and digital platforms to implement marketing campaigns from strategy, development to implementation.
· Managing budgets, asset delivery, timelines within agreed parameters.
· Creating marketing plans tailored to live tours.
· Employing insights about ticketing trends, fan behaviour, and audience demographics into marketing campaign strategy.
· Monitoring campaign performance and extracting actionable insights.
· Reviewing campaign performance and generating solutions that drive results.
· Providing recommendations to clients, Agents, and Promoters that enhance results.
· Overseeing stakeholder approval processes for creative assets and campaign deliverables.
· Supporting creative assets on an ad-hoc basis.
· Providing leadership on announcement and on-sale processes for shows in coordination with Promoters and Artists’ teams.
· Collaborating with Agent teams on pitches for potential new clients.
· Building fruitful relationships with platforms, influencers, and media outlets to expand marketing reach.
· Representing the company at industry events.
Requirements:
· Demonstrable experience in tour marketing within the live music, events, ticketing industry.
· Acumen in leading marketing initiatives from at least a marketing manager level.
· Robust knowledge of the live entertainment industry (UK & abroad).
· Current relationships with social media platforms.
· Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Adobe Creative Suite.
· Able to integrate technology and platform enhancements into growth strategies.
· Competent with handling administrative aspects of marketing.
· Highly effective communicator, able to deliver presentations and speak with senior management confidently.
· Competent working in a fast-paced environment, and able to consistently meet deadlines.
· Passion for digital strategy and audience development.
· Authentic interest in entertainment industry and cultural trends.
