Our client, an iconic record label, is seeking a Global Inventory Manager to drive effective inventory management across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing stock reconciliations and print inventory across the UK and US territories.
  • Liaising with sales teams to maintain optimum levels of stock and print across all locations to meet local demand.
  • Working closely with distributors to resolve data issues and stock discrepancies.
  • Processing distributor monthly stock reports, resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with finance teams to check stock valuations and perform upgrade testing.
  • Conducting Average Cost reviews periodically throughout the year.
  • Liaising with Finance with statement processing issues as needed.
  • Supporting Operations teams to ensure production billing and scrap notifications and processing are up to date.
  • Performing International Manufacture Billing.
  • Participating in relevant Production meetings globally.
  • Establishing effective running of operations month end processes.
  • Support and/or process audits for both the annual process and MCPS.


  • Previous experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Solid understanding of finance procedures.
  • Knowledge of vinyl/CD pressing processes.
  • Previous experience with NetSuite desirable.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential.
  • Passion for music.
