Our client, an international entertainment company, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/Office Manager to handle projects, run the office and provide seamless PA support to the CEO .

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Full PA responsibilities for the CEO, including extensive travel, accommodation bookings, diary management and meetings.
  • Fielding incoming calls.
  • Coordinating guests for internal and external meetings.
  • Maintaining reservation calendars for conference rooms etc.
  • Assisting with event planning and registration.
  • Handling all post and parcels for distribution.
  • Contacting maintenance support for repair of equipment.
  • Submitting building service requests.
  • Placing stationary orders.
  • Organising and updating subscriptions.


  • Previous experience working as an assistant at board level within entertainment essential.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite software.
  • Professional manner.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Highly self-motivated, pro-active and able to use initiative.
