Our client, an exclusive luxury hotel brand is seeking a creative, intuitive but highly commercial Entertainment Director to work across their prestigious high-end hotels across Spain and Greece. The role will encompass creating and creating the entertainment program across the entire portfolio of luxury hotels.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate creative visionary and hands-on leader with a successful track record and proven in-depth understanding of both the bigger and smaller picture when creating and running best in class family entertainment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, planning and implementation of the group wide entertainment strategies. A creative visionary and hands-on leader with a strong track record in the hospitality or large-scale live entertainment industry, you will bring deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and the ability to deliver high quality, contemporary entertainment experiences.
· Oversee the planning, development, and execution of entertainment programs across all resorts, ensuring alignment with brand values and guest expectations.
· Lead and manage international entertainment and music teams, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
· Continuously evaluate current entertainment offerings, incorporating guest feedback to implement improvements and keep content fresh and engaging.
· Prepare and monitor the entertainment budgets per resort, ensuring cost-efficiency while negotiating and securing partnerships with top-tier artists and entertainment providers globally.
· Coordinate rehearsal schedules and ensure seamless implementation of entertainment across properties, especially during peak openings.
· Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support in-house and external promotion of entertainment events, including digital and social media campaigns.

· Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a senior entertainment role within upscale hospitality, cruise lines, or similar high-standards environments.
· Strong background in show production, including stage design, sound, lighting, and choreography.
· Proven experience managing diverse, multicultural teams across multiple locations.
· Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
· Extensive industry network and deep knowledge of current entertainment trends and guest engagement strategies.
· Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Management, Performing Arts, or a related field is
preferred.
