Our client, a global media company specialising in long-form audio, is seeking an Editorial Merchandising Manager to enhance engagement across their unique digital platform.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Taking responsibility for the build and audience targeting of all content discovery emails, in order to drive traffic and engagement across all audio formats.
- Coordinating content selection/merchandising and their execution to drive sustained member retention.
- Originating promotional copy in alignment with the company’s editorial voice.
- Measuring the impact of campaigns and execute on changes to increase customer engagement.
- Implementing A/B email tests to increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on audience engagement within marketing.
- Experience working in subscription-based businesses.
- Competencies measuring campaign data.
- Previous experience conducting A/B testing.
- Excellent writing skills, able to generate creative copy for marketing purposes.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital media and audience engagement best practices.
- Good communication and IT skills.
