Our client, a global music company is seeking a highly competent eCommerce Manager to provide varied support across campaign projects, operations and solutions to established eCommerce markets. This role could be ideal for a candidate ready to step up to Manager level.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with global store management teams, international marketing, label teams, and brand managers to coordinate eCommerce stores and product strategies.
  • Using  specialist project management tool to enter all campaign assets and associated communication.
  • Compiling weekly reports for all stakeholders that detail sales data, conversion rates and relevant eCommerce campaign analytics.
  • Hosting weekly update calls with all company eCommerce markets, to include call agendas and detailed call notes.
  • Formulating strategy for international store launches and product sets, using analysis from available data.
  • Obtaining approval for all new and revised store launches by reviewing prototypical stores and cross checking their compliance with design briefs and assets.
  • Ensuring all international commerce campaigns are integrated with marketing arms as well as cRM/digital/social activations where possible, in order to drive traffic, awareness and sales.
  • Prioritising eCommerce into all release strategies.
  • Assisting the establishment of KPIs and best practice for eCommerce standards to be communicated to all markets.
  • Supporting the Senior eCommerce Manager with the compilation of commercial data and analysis for key presentation as required.



  • Able to work under pressure to deadlines, under own initiative.
  • Flexibility to work beyond normal hours if needed.
  • Able to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders across varied market and time zones.
  • Commercial, analytical and result focus approach to business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital and commercial opportunities.
  • Understanding of eCRM , consumer acquisition tactics, Google Analytics, eCommerce metrics and conversion rates.
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce platform architecture and baseline capabilities.
  • Capable of liaising with third parties to fulfil initiatives.
  • Informed decision-making using data and analytics.
  • Use of structured and organised working methods to prioritise workload.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel user.


  • Experience using project management tools for campaign coordination.
  • Understanding of consumer online experience across various eCommerce platforms.
  • Interest in consumer insight and impact on product offerings.
  • Mac OS, particularly Keynote.
  • Experience/Knowledge of music industry.
