Our client, a leading artist management company renowned for their legendary pop artists, is seeking a resourceful EA to CEO.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting diary management for the CEO.
- Liaising with relevant parties to ensure the smooth running of CEO’s schedule.
- Handling inbound email and postal communications.
- Greeting clients and guests.
- Updating business contact databases up to date.
- Keeping confidential filing systems up to date.
- Arranging gifting.
- Creating documents, presentations, and meeting packs/briefing notes.
- Collaborating with accountants regarding the CEO’s financial affairs.
- Arranging all travel and itineraries as required.
- Liaising with record labels, publishers, accountants, solicitors, agents’ promoters, and other parties.
- Ensuring contracts are signed on time.
- Working across the CEOs business affairs and ad hoc administration or errands as needed.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an EA/PA to senior management.
- Knowledge of the music industry.
- Previous experience managing the personal life of a high-profile person in the entertainment/sports/music industries.
- Experience with presentation software packages.
- Experience using cloud software packages.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Adept at using organisational abilities to adjust to changes.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Able to work at pace in a demanding role.
- Good understanding of confidentiality and discretion in the workplace.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
- Possess an up to date passport and UK drivers licence.
- Content to work flexibly to accommodate occasional time zone differences.
