Job Details

Our client, a leading artist management company renowned for their legendary pop artists, is seeking a resourceful EA to CEO.  

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting diary management for the CEO.
  • Liaising with relevant parties to ensure the smooth running of CEO’s schedule.  
  • Handling inbound email and postal communications.  
  • Greeting clients and guests.  
  • Updating business contact databases up to date.  
  • Keeping confidential filing systems up to date.  
  • Arranging gifting.  
  • Creating documents, presentations, and meeting packs/briefing notes.  
  • Collaborating with accountants regarding the CEO’s financial affairs.  
  • Arranging all travel and itineraries as required.
  • Liaising with record labels, publishers, accountants, solicitors, agents’ promoters, and other parties.  
  • Ensuring contracts are signed on time.  
  • Working across the CEOs business affairs and ad hoc administration or errands as needed.  
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.  

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as an EA/PA to senior management.  
  • Knowledge of the music industry.
  • Previous experience managing the personal life of a high-profile person in the entertainment/sports/music industries.  
  • Experience with presentation software packages.  
  • Experience using cloud software packages.  
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.  
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.  
  • Adept at using organisational abilities to adjust to changes.  
  • Excellent time management skills.  
  • Able to work at pace in a demanding role.  
  • Good understanding of confidentiality and discretion in the workplace.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.  
  • Possess an up to date passport and UK drivers licence.  
  • Content to work flexibly to accommodate occasional time zone differences.
