Our client, a global music company, is seeking a Digital Partnerships Manager to manage and expand the company’s key digital partnerships that include YouTube, Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all digital partnerships for the department.
  • Working closely with existing audio DSP partners to tailor marketing activities to their needs.
  • Ensuring all marketing campaigns are delivered effectively across platforms.
  • Fostering partnerships with new and non-traditional digital partnerships, such as Fitness platforms or audiobooks.
  • Optimising the catalogue in alignment with broader business strategies.
  • Liaising with departments that cover label operations, data insights, marketing and commercial teams.
  • Arbitrating best practice relating to digital and DSP within the department.
  • Using best practice to inform product development and marketing planning across all catalogue releases.
  • Acting as a point of engagement with streaming partners.
  • Chairing meetings and pitching to DSP partners to present artist plans to gain their support.
  • Securing maximal partner support across projects and presenting partner features back to the company for incorporation into upcoming marketing plans.
  • Managing the communication of key project information to partners, the department, and international teams.
  • Collaborating with data insight teams to assess the effectiveness of streaming marketing and promotions.
  • Leading all non-traditional digital partnerships with project development, sales support, account management and coordination.


  • Exceptional partnership management and relationship building skills.
  • Experience working with DSPs.
  • Confident working cross-functionally within departments in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Existing relationships with streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple, YouTube, Amazon Music.
  • Possess expertise with best practice in audio and DSP.
  • Experience using market analysis to inform business practices relating to digital audio.
  • Future orientated approach, with an understanding of upcoming music industry opportunities and trends.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others with reasoned arguments.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Resilient approach to setbacks and pressure.
