Our client, an innovative music company, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, to coordinate campaigns and plan audience growth strategies across their roster.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns across records, touring, merchandising etc.
- Formulating digital strategies for audience growth with clients, managers, and internal teams.
- Attaining campaign objectives through careful digital advertising management.
- Adapting latest platform developments and social trends to strategies, constantly keeping informed.
- Optimising platform presence with comprehensive social media management.
- Collaborating with creative third parties to add values to campaigns and content.
- Liaising with creative teams to build digital assets for social media and advertising.
- Assessing campaign performance to inform future strategies with relevant data analysis.
- Reporting campaign progression regularly.
- Projecting and managing digital budgets effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous digital marketing experience within the music industry essential ideally within the independent sector.
- Proven track record delivering successful multi-platform digital music marketing campaigns.
- Extensive, current understanding and experience of digital marketing tools, to include advertising platforms (must have experience booking FB ads) and social media.
- Working knowledge of data analytics for campaign assessment.
- Excellent knowledge of digital media and its influence on popular culture.
- Thorough understanding of current musical and cultural landscape.
- Advocate for artistic freedom and equity in creative industries.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
