Main responsibilities of the role:

  • ·         Independently manage and maintain key client accounts
  • ·         Manage client’s digital social platforms which includes but not exclusive to Facebook, Instagram, twitter and other relevant medias.
  • ·      Create strategies and marketing campaigns for client accounts using proven data led evidences.
  • ·         Self-motivated and organised with client calls and meetings.
  • ·         Be knowledgeable on current digital social trends and new emerging platforms.
  • ·         Work closely with the creative teams to support and produce dynamic graphic and video content.
  • ·         Increase audience interaction to client’s social media in ways that promote and encourage audience participation.
  • ·         Assist senior staff with pitches for new business and current business development.
  • ·         Analyses reports and key finding from social platforms to help maintain and increase the success of strategies.
  • ·          Work closely with other departments to coordinate ad campaigns and strategy.
  • ·         Manage social media communication were applicable.
  • ·         Create, use and stay on track with content calendar schedules.

Skills/Qualifications/Experience preferred:

  • ·         Marketing or Social Media Marketing Degree
  • ·         Content Writing, Proof reading and Graphic Design
  • ·         Strong customer service and communication
  • ·         Great at working within a team, detail- oriented
  •        Enthusiastic and self-motivated
