Our client, a global music company, is seeking a Customer Services Advisor for a successful music eCommerce platform. The role will be based in Milton Keynes.

Key responsibilities will include:

Answering all telephone and email enquiries quickly and accurately.

  • Handling customer orders using in house systems, courier systems, warehouse management systems.
  • Monitoring, updating, and tracking queries to ensure fast resolution to customer queries.
  • Acting as liaison between customer, distribution and carrier as required.
  • Providing feedback on problems incurred.
  • Handling all eCommerce related enquiries and customer questions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensuring customers are kept informed of any relevant information.
  • Help manage and prevent suspected fraudulent orders.
  • Liaising with eCommerce, Sales Reps, and Senior Reps.
  • Performing all administration for eCommerce as required.
  • Reviewing existing processes and implementing improvements.
  • Attaining all relevant KPIs.


  • Previous experience in an online customer/service, contact role.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Good ability to multitask.
  • CMS, ability to check and review order details across a range of software.
  • Proficient user of CRM (Zendesk) and customer service software, ticketed CRM tools desirable.
  • Experience managing inbound customer service contacts, including live chat tools.
  • Able to resolve order queries across multiple channels such as email, customer tickets, and social media is desirable.
