Our client, a global retail and media company is seeking 9-months temporary cover for a Customer Engagement Manager position, to create concise communications to clients with the e-Commerce division.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Generating engaging copy and content that translates latest features, products, and business changes for customers’ review.
· Producing high quality communications and copy for customers across a range of channels that may include; FAQs, Help pages, newsletters, emails, videos, websites, announcements and more.
· Managing the execution of communications programs.
· Working within cross-functional teams to manage and execute communications initiatives.
· Defining strategies of communications programs to improve the shipper experience and build trust.
· Determining key objectives, messages, and channels to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption initiatives.
· Building and executing email campaigns using Pardot and measuring their effectiveness to optimise future applications.
· Creating and maintaining communications toolkits, processes, templates, and messaging for global teams.
· Devising novel and scalable methods of distributing communications.
· Identifying and driving process improvements.
· Providing measurement of communications’ efficacy with tracking and reporting of metrics.
· Taking responsibility for the continuous refinement and monitoring of messaging to enhance impact.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English or equivalent field of study is desirable.
· Experience within Corporate Communications, Copywriting, Marketing, PR or similar field.
· Communications program management experience.
· Highly proficient with English language and excellent writing abilities.
· Able to adapt communications with different audiences.
· Experience working with marketing tools (email, marketing automation platforms, CRM)
· Able to ensure content meets standards and deadlines.
· Expert level organisational skills and good attention to detail.
· Confident working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment.
