Our client are a leading, international entertainment platform and they are looking to hire an experienced and confident Content Coordinator for a 6 month contract who will be  responsible for partnering with senior leaders of the businesses organisation, their internal and external functional business partners around the globe, to provide seamless support to the organization.

Outline of role:

  • Partner with internal and external leaders and stakeholders to support the growth of our content strategy.
  • Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the leadership team.
  • Organize and manage meetings, off sites and team-based social events.
  • Proactively manage executive calendars with attention to accuracy, detail and allocation of time to promote productivity and recognize the need to reprioritize as appropriate.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures, ensuring effective use of time and resources.
  • Support annual operational planning process, business planning and performance review cycles.
  • Support substantive preparation of internal and external presentations
  • Complete research and tasks as requested by senior leaders within the content organization


Skills required:

  • Solid experience of managing complex information and projects in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
  • Professional polish and ability to demonstrate grace and composure under pressure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication. Fluency in English.
  • Superior planning, time management and organizational skills.
  • Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and in dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.

Desired experience:

  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment.
  • Media background
