Our client, an establish TV/entertainment management company, is seeking an experienced Client Payments Assistant to support accounts payable and client payment teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring client payment runs are set up using online banking, and prepared.
• Drafting client statements for manager approval, ensuring income is appropriately commissioned.
• Fielding client queries relating to payment run processes.
• Dealing with issues and queries concerning payments and invoices.
• Preparing and raising invoices as required.
• Reviewing and chasing debtors as required.
• Raising and coding Sales Orders as needed.
• Inputting sales receipts into accounting system.
• Preparing daily BACS income information.
• Assisting Finance staff as required, and preparation of ad hoc business analysis.
• Identifying areas of process improvement to enhance commercial efficiency.
• Performing general administrative support.
Requirements:
• Previous work experience in the same or similar role, such as payroll admin or accounts payable clerk.
• Confident taking the initiative.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively across teams.
• Basic excel skills.
• Highly organised, able to work to deadlines.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Interest in the media.
