Our Client, a specialist in audio/visual music entertainment is seeking a highly competent Channel Manager.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operations of multiple YouTube channels.
- Performing video optimisation, community engagement, and channel curation.
- Producing and presenting high-quality reporting.
- Communicating insights from performance analysis.
- Providing actionable insights for the team.
- Assisting new channel builds across social media platforms outside of YouTube using platform best practices.
- Collaborating with the SVP of Digital Content to advise on YouTube strategy.
- Acting as a contact with other departments to manage monetisation, rights, clearances, and the asset library.
- Implementing strategies across multiple YouTube channels.
- Implementing audience development strategies to grow the channels.
Requirements:
- Genuine passion for modern and classic music.
- Proven track record with a publisher, rather than a brand.
- Proactive approach to develop digital content strategy.
- Proven track record working on YouTube, ideally YouTube certified.
- Able to design bespoke reports around channel performance and analytics.
- Knowledge of both YouTube Creator Studio and YouTube Content Management System.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Creative and ideas orientated.
