Our client, a hugely successful record label specialising in copyright free music, is seeking a Catalogue Marketing Manager to maximise data insights on high priority releases.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Working within the Audience and Music teams to manage marketing and streaming activities of high priority releases.
· Leading catalogue and priority marketing campaigns.
· Employing a data-led approach to planning media layouts, digital activity, creator spend, and distribution pitches of priority releases.
· Monitoring and reporting on streaming and marketing metrics.
· Tracking and reporting on analytics across DSPs and video platforms.
· Commissioning the necessary marketing assets.
· Working with the social media team to plan appropriate campaigns, and monitor results.
· Liaising with external marketing and distribution partners.
· Line managing the company’s Label Assistant.
· Collaborating extensively with the wider team to identify marketing opportunities for the company’s catalogue and priority releases.
Requirements:
· Substantial experience in a similar role with music industry experience.
· Previous management experience of EP or album releases, ideally for catalogue campaigns.
· Robust understanding of music data analytics and how to apply this to a campaign.
· Previous experience using digital paid media advertising plans and platforms, and best practices.
· Detailed and extensive understanding of the music marketing and streaming landscape.
· Up to date understanding of social media platforms, to include Instagram, TikTok, Meta, X etc.
