Our client, a global music company, is seeking a Campaign Manager to support the development and execution of artist campaigns across international markets.
This role offers the chance to work with a diverse roster, collaborating closely with UK and overseas teams to deliver creative, culturally tailored marketing initiatives that build fan engagement and drive growth in new territories.
The role offers hybrid working.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the planning and coordination of global artist marketing campaigns.
• Identifying market opportunities and adapting creative strategies to regional audience preferences.
• Collaborating with international partners to ensure campaigns are aligned and locally relevant.
• Supporting the creation of content and promotional materials tailored to each market.
• Developing fan engagement initiatives across social media and digital platforms.
• Building strong relationships with external partners and local industry contacts.
• Tracking campaign performance and providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Exploring opportunities that maximise income from non-traditional sources.
Requirements
• It is essential that the successful candidate has experience working for a major label outside the UK.
• Strong understanding of global streaming platforms and international music markets.
• Expertise in social and digital campaign marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving ability.
• Collaborative, adaptable and culturally aware approach.
• Availability and willingness to travel as required.
• Experience in financial planning, negotiation and sync/brand partnerships would be advantageous.
