Our client, an iconic label is seeking a highly digitally competent Audience Manager to expand and engage audiences for mainly UK rap and pop artists.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing growth and engagement strategies for assigned roster.
- Collaborating with creative, media planning, marketing, A&R, promotions and audience teams to enhance artist profile and identify opportunities for exposure.
- Conceiving and briefing initiatives that drive commercial growth across media and streaming platforms, through optimisation.
- Taking responsibility for audience strategies across social media, working closely with social media teams.
- Liaise with marketing and social media teams to ensure tone and voice is consistent.
- Commissioning bespoke content and tools for third party placement.
- Negotiating added media value around exclusive content.
- Managing relationships with key platforms with the aid of streaming teams.
- Integrating new digital deals/partnerships into promotional and marketing planning.
- Building productive relationships with a plethora of media that enhance audience growth.
- Taking responsibility for entire eCRM, direct to fans communications process.
- Ensuring data capture is optimised and communicated to marketing and promotions teams.
- Managing all aspects of website building, tracked link management and data capture etc. for artists.
- Updating knowledge of latest tech and media developments to inform future strategies.
- Providing reporting on growth and engagement across all relevant metrics.
Requirements:
- Music Industry digital marketing experience, ideally within a frontline label.
- Tech savvy; eCRM best practice, HTML & CSS and social media management.
- Software experience with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Premier, Excel or similar.
- WordPress experience and knowledge of website building.
- Working knowledge of influencer marketing.
- Interest in UK rap and pop scene.
- Solid understanding of and passionate about music, data and the digital landscape.
- Proven existing relationships with digital platforms and social networks.
- Experience in teams delivering multiple fan partner activations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adept at people management and relationship building.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise workload.
