Our client, a global entertainment company, is seeking an Audience Development Manager to both improve audience growth across international markets and report on artists performance, based within their global CRM team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Improving engagement, conversion, and ROI across marketing channels such email, SM, and socials using data, drive segmentation, targeting, personalisation and automation tactics.
  • Providing analysis and reporting of local territories audience acquisition and engagement practices.
  • Delivering insights across consumer lifecycle and conversion funnel to marketing teams.
  • Using insights to optimise performance of local activity, campaigns, and initiatives as well as to advise on strategy etc.
  • Building on the consumer lead approach with ideas based on audience insight, robust segmentation, and omni-channel execution.
  • Managing schedules of campaign testing, iteration, and evolution.
  • Prioritising and managing multiple projects across the business.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving data and technical issues to minimise disruption to business.
  • Identifying emerging technologies, functional opportunities and audience growth opportunities for integration.
  • Assisting with the onboarding and training of functional areas to improve performance and marketing best practice, with the identification of knowledge/data/technology gaps.
  • Working with various marketing and insight teams to implement strategic audience growth initiatives that meet KPIs.
  • Rationalising local business needs to drive audience technology roadmap.
  • Building productive relationships with key stakeholders.


  • Previous experience working in data marketing, testing, optimisation and growth planning across all channels.
  • Experience using CRM marketing and sophisticated technologies.
  • Working knowledge of segmentation, targeting, omni-channel orchestration, automation, and testing.
  • Direct experience across extensive ranges of consumer data reporting and analytics tools.
  • Experience in boosting revenue growth through multi-channel and audience focused campaigns across fast-paced D2C businesses.
  • Some experience working on build, migration, and integration of large-scale data and marketing technology projects.
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel, HTML, SQL, and CSS.
  • Previous experience identifying emerging technologies across international markets.
  • Solid building skills across diverse cultures.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet KPIs.
  • Excellent capabilities of managing projects and working under own initiative.
  • Able to travel.
  • Knowledge of languages desirable.
  • Previous international marketing experience within a CRM function essential.
