
Our client, a global cloud platform, is seeking temporary cover for an Assistant Program Manager – Airtable for 9-months to provide short-term capacity support for a major EMEA conference programme.
The position will involve working with international teams to coordinate speaker coordination, documentation, and compliance processes.
This role is fully remote and offers flexible hours.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Managing multiple Airtable content bases supporting a portfolio of large-scale events.
· Maintaining and optimising records for high volumes of sessions and speakers.
· Designing, building and improving Airtable bases, views, forms and interfaces to streamline workflows.
· Developing, testing and maintaining automations, scripts and scalable content mechanisms.
· Conducting user acceptance testing to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
· Managing data hygiene, including archiving event data and removing personal data in line with compliance timelines.
· Replicating and developing content management templates for future event programmes.
· Supporting survey data management, attendance tracking and post-event reporting.
· Maintaining clear documentation within internal content archives.
· Participating in weekly team meetings and event-specific planning calls.
Requirements:
· Extensive experience building and managing complex Airtable systems.
· Strong background in data management, organisation and workflow optimisation.
· Experience supporting large-scale events or content programmes is highly advantageous.
· Confidence working with automations, scripts, forms and interfaces within Airtable.
· Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.
· Able to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
