Our client, a management company representing composers and music supervisors, is seeking a versatile Assistant to support Agents with the coordination and logistics of key projects.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Fielding general enquiries and calls.
- Maintaining and managing Agent diaries.
- Booking meetings and interviews.
- Organising files and improving workflow processes.
- Overseeing management of the office.
- Producing reports for company Director.
- Filing NDA’s and sharing documentation with clients.
- Handling project organisation and information.
- Booking projects and organising contracts.
- Booking studios and assisting clients with production logistics.
- Coordinating payment schedules and raising invoices.
- Tracking projects and updating tracking information and communicating with Agents.
- Organising the catalogue and collating showreels.
- Researching opportunities and new projects.
- Updating client information such as biographies.
- Supporting the organisation of social events, guest lists, screenings, inter-company meetings etc.
- Assisting with socials, website, and marketing mailing list.
- Assisting with publishing and copywrite management duties.
- Organising catalogue and liaising with Publishing Administrator and Sync representatives.
- Assisting on soundtracks and company record label releases.
- Helping to research, scout, and identify possible new talent.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an Assistant position within a music/media/management company.
- Previous experience assisting with office management.
- Experience improving workflow processes.
- Interest in music and some knowledge of a management company’s scope.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
