Our client, an international entertainment company’s Theatrical and Home entertainment department, is seeking 3 months temporary cover for a Assistant role to provide general support to the marketing team.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Creating presentations for budget submission purposes, filmmaker meetings and week of release reporting.
• Using marketing, publicity, and sales information to create release timelines, release strategies, and presentations for both Theatrical and Home entertainment releases.
• Attending meetings regularly across Marketing and Sales departments, and circulating minutes.
• Updating and distributing weekly Theatrical and Home entertainment release schedules.
• Keeping a calendar of notable events such as film festivals.
• Supporting with researching comparison titles for greenlighting process and release budgeting purposes.
• Assisting the Theatrical Sales team with downloading data, collation, and circulation of weekly Box Office and Cinema Booking reports.
• Assisting with the coordination of staff screenings, booking preview theatres etc.
• Assisting with key industry theatrical events.
• Masting the internal PO system and raising POs where needed for the Sales and Marketing team.
• Taking responsibility for the Home Entertainment department stock and storage is organised.
• Assisting Marketing on website and internal system asset management.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working as an Assistant in a similar industry.
• Marketing experience that covers keeping release information up to date.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• IT proficiency.
