This role will entail managing the process of contracting all artists, commercial partners and suppliers across the entire portfolio, as well as managing the revenue generating areas of the business.

Responsibilities will include coordinating the tender process for bars, food stalls and merchandise concessions. Managing communication with business and commercial relationships and monitoring commercial opportunities throughout the event.

The ideal candidate will be:


  • ·         Experienced in managing commercial relationships
  • ·         Familiarity with contracts and ideally a law degree
  • ·         Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • ·         Self-motivated to learn and grow within the role.
  • ·         Excellent communication and written skills.
  • ·         Able to work alone and part of a team
  • ·         Experienced in working within the ‘live’ music events and festival industry.
  • ·         Able to be organised and manage time with busy workload periods.
  • ·         Budget /P&L management experience.
