 Main Responsibilities:

  • ·         Developing and managing the marketing and PR strategies, campaigns, communications and external public relations on schedule and on budget.
  • ·         Working closely with the promotions department to maximize ticket sales and brand awareness for live events through marketing and communication campaigns.  
  • ·         Act as a brand guardian, ensuring growth and development of each brand identity.
  • ·         Work closely with other internal departments to collaborate and reach full potential of ticket sales. And provide direction and support to the key personnel as required.
  • ·         Continue to seek new commercial opportunities, to then create strategies with project leads to drive ticket sales.
  • ·         Develop, maintain and continue to seek new ways to improve on effective team work and business performance.
  • ·         Maintain the highest level of customer service.
  • ·         Ensure all Health and Safety regulation and safe working practise as required by law as well as the company’s policy are practised.
  • ·          Ensure all environmentally friendly, waste reduction and cost reducing resources are put in place and practised effectively.
  • ·         Manage local campaigns to drive ticket sales and increase community involvement.
  • ·         Measure and report the success of marketing, communication and PR campaigns.
  • ·         Develop short- and long-term budgets for festival and events.
  • ·          Keep up to date to on market research to monitor trends within relevant markets.
  • ·         Support senior management in existing event brand partners to help maintain great relationships, as well as helping to generate creative ideas for brand pitches as required.
  • ·         Managing and maintaining stakeholder and senior management relations.


The successful candidate will be:

  • ·         Experienced in marketing and communications with proven success within the event and live music industry
  • ·         Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the creation and execution of marketing, communication and PR activities.
  • ·         Strong creative, communication, organisational and sales skills.
  • ·         Proven experience in writing press releases, delivering presentations and negotiating with the media.
  • ·         Experienced in overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.
  • ·         Able to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • ·         Analytical, understands data
  • ·         Skilled with Digital Marketing/ECRM
