Responsibilities of role

•             Responsible for maintaining and growing a high-profile portfolio to one of the four pillar incomes.

•             Balancing demands from audiences, artist and sponsors with their strategies to keep a balanced inline portfolio.

•             Establish and maintain process for new events, increasing commercial and brand sponsorship and responding to new opportunities annually.

•             Ensuring reviews and monitoring of their ROI and opportunities to improve are identified and acted upon.

•             Manage the music and events team to work to a defined target audience and all new products are meeting the needs of this audience and purpose of raising money for charity

•             Creating and maintaining, with the team, of commercial strategies and new product development.

•             Encouraging and leading the entrepreneurial team that scouts external trends and new partnerships, which includes brands, steaming platforms, labels.

•             Continually to maintain their UPS as leading charity within the music industry as well as keeping long term strategies for further leverage within the music and entertainment industries.

•             Accountable for developing and creating a realistic and robust team plan and budget and inspire the music and events team to own and deliver their targets

•             Be the lead liaison for the music committee

 

Skills and experience require

•             Experienced in developing and maintain high performing events teams and leading team through rapid periods of growth

•             Demonstrate delivering successful and creative public facing events including bring new products and/ or events to the market.

•             Experienced in securing sponsorship for events and maintaining these relationships along with high profile supporters.

•             Experienced in working with target driven environments, setting budgets, plans and reporting on them.

•             Knowledge of marketing, PR, product development methodology and the music industry.

•             Knowledge of emerging economic trends, legal and HR, sponsorship and suppliers within the charity, music and events industries.

•             Able to analyse complex sets of data for problem solving and insight.

•             Proven team leader to empower and motivate, excellent networker, work effectively under pressure with solution-focused to problems.

•             Represent and uphold code of conduct both internally and externally.
