Responsibilities of role

  • Manage consumer marketing plans related to designated artists, projects and activities, with attention on powerful pre-launches for maxim commercial impact. 
  • Work closely with A&R/Digital/Press/Promotions/Sales departments to create full potential cutting-edge strategies across the business.
  • Responsible for to making crucial decisions regarding investment in artists and responsible for individual artist staying in agree budget
  • Working with the MD and FD to create solid models for long to short term budgets execution on campaigns to track and inform.
  • Work with internal  teams to create market research models to report on campaigns overall progress
  • Work with the media agency to be able to release advertising campaigns on multiple platforms within budget. 
  • Work with the Digital marketing team to ensure all elements of digital abilities are used in each campaign, as well as the commercial team to manage operational and creative responsibility for the e-Commerce programme
  • Develop and manage of all the creative content to support all release campaigns.
  • Support the development of junior members of the team marketing skill base, enhance motivation and ensure succession planning, as well as working together for create innovative ideas for merchandising opportunities.
  • Proven authoritative knowledge of charts, trends and artists.
  • Ability to identify and nurture artist talent.


The ideal candidate will

  • Have solid experience within a front line label working breaking new UK and international acts as well as a more established roster
  • Be able to work in pressured environments and make high stake decisions.
  • Able to work successfully alone or as a team.
  • Proven ability in developing commercially successful market strategies, successful negotiation and communication with different levels and areas from artist to stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship-building and relationship-management skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations professionally and diplomatically.
  • Experience managing the creation of videos and other digital content, including briefing creative agencies and managing budgets for these.
